Mads Jønsson Andersen

Mads Jønsson Andersen is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist at Aarhus University Hospital and an Associate Professor at Aarhus University, Denmark. His primary clinical and research interests lie in heart failure, specifically HFpEF, pulmonary hypertension, and invasive exercise hemodynamics. His training includes a PhD on diastolic dysfunction from Aarhus University, a research fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, and a Master in Pulmonary Vascular Disease from Bologna. He has published extensively in heart failure and pulmonary vascular disease and currently holds the position of Associate Editor for JHLT Open.
