Ivan Čekerevac

Ivan Čekerevac graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kragujevac and earned a phD degree at the age of 40. He is a specialist in internal medicine and a pulmonologist. He has been educated abroad on several occasions such as Germany, Hungary, Austria. He is a full professor of the Faculty of Medicine Scinces, University of Kragujevac since 2022. He has published more than 80 publications, of which 40 cited in international databases, and more than 200 times at the Scopus base. He co-authored 3 books and main author of the two books Basics of echosonography, chapter named Thoracic ultrasound and COPD and systemic inflammation. He has given invited lectures at international meetings. Special interest in asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung diseases, obstructive sleep apnea and non-invasive ventilation and thoracic ultrasound and pulmonary embolism and pulmonary hypertension.
