Pinakin Vijaykumar Parekh

Dr. Pinakin Vijaykumar Parekh is a highly respected Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and the Director of the Trident Heart Centre in Singapore. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Dr. Parekh completed a specialized interventional fellowship at the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital (LHCH) in the UK.

Throughout his career, Dr. Parekh has held significant leadership and administrative roles at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Woodlands Health, where he led teams in PPCI STEMI activation workflows and ECMO workgroups. He is widely recognized not only for his clinical excellence but also as a prominent public speaker and emcee for major cardiology congresses, including APSC and ACC Asia. Beyond medicine, Dr. Parekh is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has been featured as a medical expert on national television programs in Singapore.
