Noa Dagan is a public health physician and medical informatics researcher. She holds an MD and MPH from the Hebrew University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University. She completed her postdoctoral training in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Dagan leads the Clinical AI & Research Department at Clalit Innovation, part of Israel's largest integrated healthcare organization, which serves over 50% of the country's population. Her work focuses on designing and implementing digital healthcare solutions that advance preventive, proactive, and personalized medicine. She oversees the full lifecycle of AI-driven interventions, from conceptualization and development to their integration into medical practice.
In addition to her role at Clalit, Dr. Dagan is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at Ben-Gurion University. Her research specializes in prediction models, algorithmic fairness, responsible AI, and causal inference using real-world data. She is also a member of the editorial board for NEJM AI.
