Leonardo Vasquez

Dr. Leonardo Vasquez is a distinguished Urologist and Uro-Oncologist practicing in Panama. He currently serves as a Consultant Urologist at the Hospital Punta Pacifica and the Hospital Santo Tomas. Dr. Vasquez specialized in urology in Panama before completing a fellowship in Urological Oncology at the National Cancer Institute (INCAN) in Mexico. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

Dr. Vasquez is a leader in the Latin American urological community, having served as the President of the Panamanian Society of Urology and as a delegate for the Confederación Americana de Urología (CAU). His clinical expertise covers the comprehensive management of urological malignancies, including advanced laparoscopic and open surgical techniques. He is also a regular speaker at regional congresses, focusing on prostate and bladder cancer management.
