Designing the cardiology of the future together: NEXT-GEN Convention 2026

In recent years, patient safety and the security of healthcare environments have gained increasing importance due to their prognostic, clinical, and medico-legal impact.

This course aims to provide a concise overview of the primary issues regarding clinical risk and professional liability within Italian cardiology departments. Additionally, two interactive clinical-legal scenarios are included to illustrate the key dynamics of criminal proceedings and the trial phases.

The course also intends to provide updates on core topics in Clinical Cardiology, highlighting the contribution of younger colleagues. Through a Mentoring program with experienced professionals, they will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and interact across various sessions, including the presentation of interactive clinical cases. Furthermore, an international session will be dedicated to the latest updates and developments in cardiology, presented by leading global experts.
