Roman Perez Velasco

Román Pérez Velasco is a technical officer at the WHO European Centre for Environment and Health, specializing in the health effects of air pollution. He played a key role in developing the WHO Global Air Quality Guidelines and has led major initiatives such as SKAPHIE and HRAPIE 2. His work includes assessing the health effects of the major air pollutants, supporting risk communication, and contributing to international efforts through the UNECE WHO Task Force on the Health Aspects of Air Pollution and the European Environment and Health Process.
