Dr. Pham Phuoc Long Doan is an academic cardiologist and Lecturer at the Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Vietnam. He has received specialized training in cardiovascular intervention and clinical electrophysiology, including international experience at the University of California, Davis, in the United States. In addition to his teaching role, he serves as the Secretary of the Vietnam Society of Hypertension.

Dr. Doan is a prolific researcher and award winner, securing the Asia Pacific Grant for Innovative Research by the Japanese Circulation Society in 2024. His work focuses on hypertension, stroke risk prediction, and the use of SGLT2 inhibitors. He has co-authored influential medical textbooks and national clinical guidelines. With a superior command of English (TOEFL iBT 106), Dr. Doan is actively involved in international research collaborations and community-based health studies in Vietnam.
