Nikolaos Patsourakos

Dr. Nikolaos G. Patsourakos is an accomplished cardiologist and interventionalist with extensive expertise in clinical cardiology, intensive care, and advanced structural interventions. He currently serves as the Director of the Cardiology Department and Catheterization Laboratory at the Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus. Having completed his medical degree in Italy at "La Sapienza" University of Rome, he has built a distinguished career in Greece, combining high-volume clinical practice with institutional leadership.

A Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), Dr. Patsourakos is highly active in the medical community, serving as an elected Board Member of the Hellenic Cardiological Society. He is a frequent speaker at postgraduate university courses, has contributed to numerous multicenter clinical trials, and has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications indexed in PubMed. He also holds key administrative responsibilities, including serving on the national examination committee for the cardiology specialty in Greece.
