Currículum Vitae

Dr. Raja Ezman Faridz bin Raja Shariff is the Head of the Cardiology Unit at Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah UiTM and a Consultant Cardiologist and Clinical Lecturer at UiTM Faculty of Medicine in Malaysia. He earned his MBChB from the University of Manchester and is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK). Dr. Shariff completed a clinical fellowship in Heart Failure at the National Heart Institute (IJN) and is certified in Heart Failure and Transthoracic Echocardiography by the European Society of Cardiology.

Dr. Shariff is an active clinical trialist, serving as the National Lead and Primary Investigator for major Phase III trials such as BaxDuo Prevent-HF and BalanceD-HF. He is also the Malaysian representative and Young Ambassador for the ESC Heart Failure Association. His extensive bibliography includes over 80 publications and presentations focused on advanced heart failure, cardiac amyloidosis, and athlete’s heart. He is a frequent invited speaker at regional and international congresses, including the APSC and AFCC.
