Derek Peng Beng Chew

Professor Derek Peng Beng Chew is a preeminent clinical cardiologist, interventionalist, and health systems researcher based in Australia. He is currently the Professor and Service Director at Monash Heart and the Victorian Heart Hospital. Professor Chew has held high-level governmental roles, including serving as the Chief Executive of the Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health for the Government of South Australia.
