Stefano Salvatore

Prof Stefano Salvatore is Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Head of the Urogynaecology Unit in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Vita-Salute University, San Raffaele Hospital, in Milan, Italy. He is Past-President of the European Urogynaecological Association (EUGA). He was scientific Chairman of the annual meeting of the International Continence Society in 2003 and Chairman of the annual meeting of the International Urogynaecological Association in 2009. He was a member of the scientific committee at the International Continence Society and at the International Urogynaecological Association. He is chair of the International Consultation on Incontinence of the pathophysiology of pelvic floor dysfunction since 2013. He is member of the FIGO Urogynecology committee. He is Vice president of the Italian Association of Urogynaecology Prof Salvatore has authored more than 180 articles in international journals and many book chapters.
