Masaru Obokata

Masaru Obokata is a highly accomplished physician and researcher in the field of cardiovascular medicine, holding both an M.D. (2007) and a Ph.D. (2015) from Gunma University in Japan. His professional career highlights include an Associate Professor position in Cardiovascular Medicine at Gunma University Hospital, commencing in August 2025, preceded by an Assistant Professor role at the same institution and several years as a Visiting Research Fellow and Research Fellow at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, USA, between 2016 and 2019.
