I am currently working as an Associate Staff Physician in the Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. I am also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. Case Western Reserve University. I have an extensive in the management of patients with advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathies, short term mechanical circulatory support (MCS), and durable left ventricular assist devices (LVAD) and heart transplantation. I have obtained many international certificates including; 1.The High certificate in Advanced Heart failure management accredited by the British society of Heart Failure and the British Society of Cardiology and also accredited by Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals (PCHF- London), with the first class honour degree.(This is 2 years program diploma). 2. American Board of Echocardiography (NBE- ASE). 3. European Board of Heart failure (ESC- HF). 4. European Board of Echocardiography (Echocardiography Board- ESC), 5. Certified Cardiovascular Knowledge certificate from American Society of Cardiology (CCKE- ACC). 6. European certificate in Core Cardiology (EECC- ESC). 7. Certificate of training on Left Ventricular Assist Devices from Bad Oyenhausen Hospital, Germany. 8. Membership of Royal College of Physician (MRCP-UK). First and Second part. 9. Full scholarship to study the 2 years program Masters degree in Advanced Heart Failure Management at St. George University- London. Course was started in September 2023. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, I worked as an Advanced Heart Failure Specialist at the Ministry of Health of Kuwait, Dabbous Cardiac Centre from 2013-2015. Prior to that, I worked also a Senior Specialist in Cardiovascular Medicine at Doctor Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from 2011-2013. I was graduated from Ain Shams University- Cairo, Egypt, where I also completed my internship. I completed my residency and fellowship program in Cardiovascular Medicine at the National Heart Institute of Egypt and I obtained the Egyptian Board of Cardiology with the first class honour degree and the first rank in all of the three parts, also I obtained the MSc degree in Cardiovascular Medicine from Ain Shams University with the first class honour degree. I have recently joined the Masters degree in Heart Failure Management in St. George University- London (2 years part time program). I was given a full scholarship for this program.
