Dr. Medhat Soliman is a Consultant Cardiologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. Based at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, he specializes in Advanced Heart Failure, Transplant Cardiology, and Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS). He holds a Master’s degree in Cardiovascular Medicine from Ain Shams University and is board-certified in Heart Failure and Echocardiography by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).
Dr. Soliman has an extensive international background, having worked in major cardiac centers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. He is an expert in managing LVADs, heart transplant patients, and short-term circulatory support (ECMO/Impella). His research contributions are significant, focusing on right ventricular remodeling, pulmonary hypertension, and the impact of daytime fasting on heart failure patients. He was recently awarded a full scholarship for a Master’s in Advanced Heart Failure Management at St. George’s University, London.
