Gesine Bug

Gesine Bug is a consultant and senior physician at the Dept. of Medicine at the Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, and Head of the Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program at her institution. Her clinical and research interest is malignant hematology with a special focus on acute leukemias and MDS. In particular she has conducted studies on post-transplant interventions using epigenetic modifiers and kinase inhibitors. She is member of numerous national and international societies and chair of the post-transplant pharmacologic modulation subcommittee of the Acute Leukemia Working Party of the EBMT.
